AN83 and AN85 now available
New Application Notes for your testing and simulation workflows
We’ve released two new Application Notes that expand the capabilities of KLIPPEL systems in both testing and simulation workflows. These resources offer valuable insights and practical guidance for users looking to enhance their measurement setups and streamline data integration with external tools.
AN83 – Using Laser Sensors with KLIPPEL Endurance Test
This Application Note demonstrates how to extend the KLIPPEL Endurance Test (KET) system by integrating laser-based displacement monitoring. It describes a script that provides the measured displacement values to the KET software via the API. Users can now measure peak, bottom and dynamic DC offset displacement during long-term driver testing. This addition provides greater insight into mechanical behavior over time and enables more detailed diagnostics of driver fatigue and durability. » Read more
AN85 – Exporting NFS Data to EASE
Precise loudspeaker modeling in EASE requires accurate directivity data. This Application Note outlines how to export high-resolution balloon data from the KLIPPEL Near Field Scanner (NFS) to EASE SpeakerLab. Users can transfer frequency or impulse responses, as well as sensitivity and impedance data, to create EASE GLL loudspeaker models for simulation and system design. » Read more
Whether you're optimizing long-term driver testing or preparing data for room simulation, these step-by-step guides will support your workflow and help you get the most out of your KLIPPEL systems. ➥ The Application Notes are now available for download.
