The KLIPPEL QC SYSTEM is a modular system which can be tailored to the particular application:

The QC Standard System solves common testing requirements as defined in international standards using novel measurement techniques ready for process automation. A starting tool provides separate access levels for QC engineers and QC operators which simplifies the use. New measurements can be easily created by using templates which provide optimal setup parameters for various kinds of transducers (woofer, tweeter, microspeaker, …) and audio systems. The QC Standard System provides a suit of measurement tasks which can be selected by the user and combined to a test sequence solving complex tasks. The QC engineer can easily customize the system by using the interface which is not visible for the operator. No programming is required for routing the input and output channel, selecting the sensors and controlling external devices (multiplexer). A novel limit mode simplifies the statistical analysis, the calculation of optimal limit values and the selection of “golden reference units” which simplifies the recalibration of the system.

Additional modules (MSC, MHT, Leak Detection Module, …) are provided to satisfy special requirements and the trend to loudspeaker diagnostics. The QC Basic System provides a cost-effective solution for simple applications not requiring the full functionality. Finally, the QC Programmable System provides SCILAB scripting capabilities for implementing new ideas and generating encrypted software codes.
